RECORDS CENTER
Physical records are stored in highly secure record centers that meet even the most stringent of industry standards. As an added benefit to our clients, we provide PRISM Privacy+ Certified facilities and storage vaults with advanced security and fire suppression technology.
OFFSITE TAPE VAULTING
Film and records subject to deterioration, such as x-rays, CDs, tapes, disks, reels and microfiche, can safely be stored in climate-controlled facilities with industry-exceeding fire ratings and suppression systems.
INVENTORY TRACKING
All physical records are barcoded to make them easily accessible online and to ensure accurate tracking and retrievals. Portable handheld scanners are used to provide point-to-point tracking and a verifiable chain-of-custody record.
RECORDS ACCESS AND RETRIEVALS
Records can be accessed and delivered both physically or electronically using customized delivery solutions and our secure online interface. Next-day, same-day and priority-rush services are available for physical deliveries, while scan-on-demand services are available for electronic retrieval requests.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT

RECORDS SHREDDING
Paper documents and electronic media, including tapes, disks, hard drives and films, can be securely destroyed and recycled through scheduled rotations of shredding bins or on-demand services as needed.
