If we will be removing your records inventory from its current location, it will be safely and securely transported to the local Access Record Center. This will all be completed in the timely manner you prescribe.

During the transition to Access we will receive all requests for your records regardless of where the boxes reside. Whether the boxes are in our facility, or in transit, we will receive and process every request on your company’s behalf. This means you won’t have to worry about where a particular box might be during the transfer process.

From “Day One” Access will be at your service to respond to any and all retrieval requests, without burdening you with ever having to communicate with two vendors. You can rest assured that this will be a smooth and seamless transition.

We will also customize our FileLineACCESS.com web-based interface, to your unique indexing requirements and will provide all necessary training to your staff to ensure they will achieve maximum productivity in using this flexible online resource.
